i had a very chaotic but interesting day today.
firstly, thank you very the many2 dila for teman-ing me to IT helpdesk.
secondly, sorry to dila, lenny, fiza, husnie and indirectly farhan for bombarding you people with my kekancongan.

so heres what actually happened.
yesterday there was a popup that says that theres a virus thingy so i had to do something with it.
i tried to quarantine and delete but cant because of i dontknowwhy.
they said that it can only be deleted completedly after i reboot the system.
when i see the word reboot i started to panic cos people says that if u reboot everything will be completedly gone.

today when i on the lappy, the popup again appeared and ask to reboot again.
i immediately msg my gfs about it and also talked to husnie in msn abt it.
they ALL said if reboot EVRYTHING will be gone. even my school software.
luckily lenny and dila had aworkshop in sch today so after that dila checked if the IT helpdesk is open.
it is open so i do not have to go to acer .

went straight to school.
on the way to lrt, i checked my wallet. my ez link card is not in my wallet.
so i had to go back. search for it for abt 1min, still cant find it so asked mum for hers.
then continue the journey to sch.
im so glad that im schooling in NP. imagine if it were to be in TP. sorry husnie, confirm i will cry.. haha
see.. ada kebaikkannya skola dekat dgn rumah. so NP ok? hee

reach sch when straight to helpdesk.
the person scan the code in my lappy and ask

mr IT: what is ur name?
me: ika
mr IT: huh...what is ur name.. i ask ur name?
ika: huh? ika lah... ika ariyani.
mr IT: i thought in malay ika is tie..
me: *totally lost* and jz walk away aftr tt.
(later aftr that then i realised that he thought my name is ikat as in tie. thnx dila.)

another mr IT help me with the lappy.
he showed me what shld i do.. quarantine, delete and reboot.
check for some other stuff too.
he showed me the thingy a few times
me being confident said i understand what he was saying.
he then restart my lappy and asked me to do a quick scan after that.
so its done.

dila den asked me. "die kate its better to reboot lepas delete kan, tapi knape die tk reboot"
me..blurr again.
so we asked him "u said delete den better to reboot right.. den why its not reboot"
mr IT: u did reboot right jz now??
me: huh.. dlm hati i dono how the heck to do that lah.
mr IT: u noe how to reboot or not??
me: no
mr IT: reboot is jz to RESTART your laptop. thats reboot.
me and dila: ohhhhh... (plus still blurr lah actualy)

so in the end i still have everything back.
nothing is gone.
so what is reboot actually??
to jz restart? or to do something to everyhting that its gone.???
all of us were wrong.
even farhan who according to fiza is expert in IT.haha
see people.. now u noe why im a science student and not an IT student?
small things like this also i kancong and cant handle.
imagine if my lappy were to totally crash.
this time seriously husnie, i will CONFIRM GUARANTEE plus CHOP cry even if i puase.. haha
